THE WORKOUT:

15 minute warm up of choice
I did treadmill incline walking | 15% incline, 3mph

4 sets of 8 reps each arm
bent over dumbbell row into 45º row

superset | 3 sets
10 single-arm cable lat pulldown
10 bent over, underhand cable row

3 sets of 10 reps
cable stretchers

superset | 3 sets
12 cable facepull with rope attachment
10 alternating dumbbell curls with pause at 90º
