Day 1 –

Diet tip – Regulate tea/ coffee consumption

– Limit it to 3 cups a day.
– Have it the way you like it – with milk, sugar, masala, etc.
– Don’t have it at 3 times – start of the day, as replacement to meal, post 4 pm

Exercise tip – Easy lunge as shown in video.
