The Workout

Group A
5 mile rolling grass tempo, 6x200m extended strides
Group B:
3 mile rolling grass tempo + 2×1 mile tempo repeats with 1:30 rest, 6x200m extended strides
Group C:
2 mile rolling tempo + 2x tempo mile with 1:30 rest, 8x200m extended strides.
