Keep it Simple Workout | Burpees and Flutter Kicks | Follow Along Workout
Join Ed Huffman Fitness on the keep it simple workout that consists of:

200 – 2 Pump Burpees
200 – Flutter Kicks

4 Sets of 50 Reps each exercise

When you are finished that will be
200 Burpees
400 Pushups
200 Flutter Kicks

Follow Ed Huffman Fitness as he uploads follow along wokout videos every 2 to 3 days!
This is a great workout if you only have 30 minutes and you want to burn calories along with increasing your strength and conditioning as well as strength endurance .
