Let’s talk toning. Light weights, lots of reps, loads of fun! I dare you to not drop your arms for the whole 6 mins!

We do a quick basic work activation and then we are off! I suggest working this into your workout plan 1 to 2 times a week.

I do believe in lifting heavy weights to gain strength, but a good arm toning can be the perfect place to start for any women who are intimidated by heavier weights.
