Today’s video is a day in the life vlog! I take you through my morning routine, show you one of my favourite protein pancake recipes and even prank my mom later in the day for the first time with a fake tattoo! 😂

PROTEIN PANCAKE RECIPE:

Batter:
– 1/3 cup oats (blended)
– 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla flavour)
– 2 tablespoons ground flax seed
– 1/2 tsp baking powder
– 1 egg white
– 1/4 cup cold coffee
– 1/2- 3/4 tsp vanilla extract

Filling:
– 1/2 large banana
– 1/3 cup cottage cheese
– 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
**Blend all ingredients and layer between pancakes..dust with cocoa powder if desired
