5:- Half Squats (3 Sets * 10 Reps)
6:- Lunges (3 Sets * 10 Reps)
7:- Crunches (3 Sets * 10 Reps)
8:- Leg Raising (3 Sets * 10 Reps)
9:- Plank ( min 45 sec * 3 sets)
10:- Push-ups (Beginner & Regular)
And please take min 1 min rest between every set.
