Minute 1: Seal Jacks
Minute 2: Mountain Climbers
Minute 3: Skater Jumps
Minute 4: Speed Pushups
Minute 5: Drop Split Squats- Left
Minute 6: Drop Split Squats- Right

That’s 1 round. Perform a single round as a starter or finisher. Perform up to 6 total rounds for a 30-minute workout.
