Hip dips are caused by having high hips (the positioning of your pelvis and thigh bones), it could be genetics or you are a skinny type like me…In this video I’m going to share with you the workouts that help me gain more muscles at my hips which help me gain curvier hips ☟click to show more☟

There are 3 main muscles that might help you get fuller and curvier hips. These are gluteus medius, minimus and Tensor Fasciae Latae muscles. So, growing those 3 muscles may help you get wider hips.

Hope these workouts work for you guys. They really work for me, I used to have no hips and small butt but I feel much confident now.
