FULL BODY Workout Routine | Done In 45 MINUTES!

Hello & happy MONDAY my beautiful friends of social media! I hope you are all doing amazing and I am sorry I haven’t uploaded in a week or so! I am not loosing my consistency and still sticking with getting you guys uploads on the TUBE 😉

I love having a structured workout plan and split, but if I am traveling or in a rush and needing to get my workout done fast and efficient I like to do full body workouts that hit booty and legs along with back and shoulders!

Before I trained in the morning I had my Vital Proteins collagen coffee blended together that was delicious and full of healthy fats and protein. 🙂 I used the Mocha Collagen Creamer (linked below)

HERE IS THE FULL BODY WORKOUT!

Full body workout is 3 sets of everything below! GOOD LUCK!

Shoulders:
Standing shoulder press
Standing side lateral raises Drop set (heavy to light)
Standing upright rows

Back:
DB pull overs
Single arm DB row
Lat pull downs, hands wide

Booty focused:
Glute kick backs
Push downs (heavy) on assisted pull up machine
High step ups with a kick at the top

Legs:
Reverse hack squat with a band above knees
Plate sumo squat to dead lift
Glute hip thrusts

20 minute stair master HIIT
2 min slow
1 min skipping steps
1 min FAST
REPETE UNTIL 20 min is up 🙂
