I love having a structured workout plan and split, but if I am traveling or in a rush and needing to get my workout done fast and efficient I like to do full body workouts that hit booty and legs along with back and shoulders!

Full body workout is 3 sets of everything below! GOOD LUCK!
Shoulders:
Standing shoulder press
Standing side lateral raises Drop set (heavy to light)
Standing upright rows
Back:
DB pull overs
Single arm DB row
Lat pull downs, hands wide
Booty focused:
Glute kick backs
Push downs (heavy) on assisted pull up machine
High step ups with a kick at the top
Legs:
Reverse hack squat with a band above knees
Plate sumo squat to dead lift
Glute hip thrusts
20 minute stair master HIIT
2 min slow
1 min skipping steps
1 min FAST
REPETE UNTIL 20 min is up 🙂
