Upper Abs | Flat Stomach | Intense Home Workout | 8 Minute Workout

Hi loves, welcome back to my channel!

This week, I decided to do a workout all on the upper abs. We are doing 2 different circuits that are repeated twice and each circuit contains 3 exercises. The workout lasts for 8 minutes in total, so you can do it on its own or add it to the end of a workout!

The upper ab exercises are:
– Sit Ups
– Frog Crunches
– Leg Tap Crunch
– Crossed Arm Crunches
– Single Plank Pike
– Superman Crunch
– BONUS

There is one final exercise at the end for a bonus round 😉

These do burn so I hope you enjoy.
