If you’re looking to build strong powerful legs, than you’ve found the right workout!
In this video you’ll get a full lower body leg workout. Starting with a big overall mass building movement, and then going into different isolation moves to hit all areas of the legs.
For this workout I did 6 total leg exercises.
Barbell Squats – 3 sets of 8-12 reps
Leg Extensions – 3 3 sets of 10-15 reps
Leg Curls – 3 sets of 10-15 reps
Leg Press – 3 sets of 10-15 reps
Standing Calve Raises – 3 sets of 10-15 reps
Leg Raises – 3 sets of as many reps as you can do with good form
Before starting each exercise do a couple warm up sets, working up to your top weight.
