It’s a full bodyweight workout using hiit workout principles focusing on quick results for men and women. We’ve combined a super-short bodyweight chest workout with a bodyweight shoulder workout and a bodyweight arm workout and a six pack workout to get your blood flowing to add definition and jacked-ness as fast as possible.
