Most people can do this at home workout routine 3 times a week with no problems but check with your doctor if you have concerns! Arm workouts are a great compliment to your cardio workouts, upper body workouts, and full body resistance days.
If you are a beginner just getting started with working out, I recommend doing all exercises with just body weight (yes, including this arm workout and any back exercises) – this gives you an opportunity to develop mind-muscle connection and learn the movements correctly before adding extra stress from weights.
Arm workouts are nice because they can help you tone up any jiggly trouble areas and strengthen your body in general.
