I attempted to do just one day of The Rock’s routine that he followed for 22 weeks to get into shape for the movie Hercules. I got up at 3.30am to perform morning cardio, prepared 7 meals based on the Hercules diet plan, and performed the first day’s workout of the training plan.
This was an awesome workout and food challenge that has given me a new found respect for Dwayne The Rock Johnson, and I challenge anyone to give this a try and see how difficult it is. His work ethic and discipline to stick to this for 22 weeks is amazing; see how I got on for just one day!
