This is my “GO TO” Pre Workout Meal before training on Leg Day.
Ezekiel Bread
Peanut Butter
Small Banana
and Chobani Greek Yogurt

I sometimes will toast my bread or I’ll eat it untoasted… this day was a “toast sort of day” 😉
