3) Hack Squats – 4 sets x 12-15 reps (2 sets Close | 2 sets Wide)
4) Leg Press – 4 sets x 10-15 reps (2 sets Close | 2 sets x Wide)
5) Sumo Squats w/ Dumbbell – 4 sets x 12-15 reps
BOOTY CICUIT
* Bench Booty Lift – 3 x 15-20 reps (watch 5:30)
* Split Squats – 3 x 12-15 reps
* Bench Leg Crossovers – 3 x 12-15 reps
Keep your rest periods under 90 seconds for every single set and exercise.
