What’s going on guys! This is one of my go-to pre workout and breakfast meals as it’s higher in carbs (which are needed to fuel your body!)
For this protein berry oatmeal recipe you’ll need:
1) 1/2 Cup of Oats
2) 1/3 Cup of Yogurt [recommend unsweet]
3) 2/3 Cup of Almond Milk [recommend unsweet]
4) Berries of Choice
5) 1 Tsp Chia Seeds
6) 1 Tsp Flax Seeds
7) 1 Scoop Lean Protein Powder of Choice (optional)
