Men’s Physique – Full Body Workout

Fitness Workout for Men

The gym was closed and Ross and I decided to take over.

We did a full body workout and the details are below:

Single Arm Hammer Press 4×8-12
Superset:
A1. Leg curls 4×12
A2. Reverse Lunges 4×30 (15 each leg)
Neutral Grip Pulldown 4×12
Cable Row 4×12 (our cables were too light so we substituted with Machine Row)
