WORKOUT – Upper Body Focus – 3 Rounds per Circuit – Reps vary

Circuit 1 – Mobility

1. Turf Drills – butt kicks, drum majors, baseball shuffle, karaoke, power skips etc…

2. TRX/Suspension Straps – 3 Moves

Circuit 2 – Stability & Strength

1. Landmine Press
2. Hammer Strength 1 Arm High Pull
3. Incline Barbell Press – rack
4. Farmer’s Carry with Kettlebells

Circuit 3 – Bodybuilding

1. Free Motion Curl & Extension
2. TRX/Suspension Rows
3. Dips
4. Incline DB Curls

Circuit 4 – CORE

1. Wall Ball with Squats
2. Side Plank Holds (straight arm – raise top leg)
3. MB Slams
4. Deadbugs

FINISHER – 3 Rounds Each

Sled Drag – Down & Back
Battle Ropes – 100 Reps
Hurricane (Swing) Med Ball – 20-30 secs
